Electronic Assembly

  Here at SDL (Spimin Developments Limited) we are capable of the electronic assembly of a wide array of different products on whatever scale you desire.

Our goal is to conceive, develop and manufacture the electronic testing and control equipment that is at the heart of so much of today’s technology.

At SDL we have designed and developed a variety of different products such as boiler control fuel optimisation systems, computer controlled fire alarms, vending machine control and portable data logging systems.  None of this would be possible without our highly trained and motivated staff who are one of the key reasons for our continued success.  We invest heavily in all our production workers and machine operators to ensure that they are competent in a variety of roles and are well versed in the latest technological developments.  Our full time engineering department is constantly looking for ways to improve our already excellent range of electronic testing and control equipment.

  At SDL we are among the UK’s leaders in the manufacturing and construction of PCB circuit boards using through hole surface mounts and mixed technology components.  We are also capable of mechanical assembly on a range of scales and cable assembly.

  Other services we offer include functionality testing at any stage of manufacturing for your products and a repair facility that can deal with any range of problems that your electronic equipment may develop on both an industrial and domestic level.

  Our office is staffed by enthusiastic and knowledgeable people who will be able to assist with the logistics of any build and offer advice on our extensive range of retail products.
